The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. This website contains links to other websites. Please note that these websites have their own privacy policies. Please also check these data protection regulations. Please note that we assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for others.
CONTACT US
If you contact us using a form (contact form, order request and similar) on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
DATA STORAGE
We would like to point out that we also store order data, orders and status information for the purpose of contract processing. The data you provide is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of any transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (7 years) has expired. The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
COOKIES
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device (PC, smartphone, tablet PC, etc.) using the browser. The main purpose of a cookie is to recognize the visitor in order to provide them with content tailored to their needs. There are session cookies, which are only stored for the duration of the website visit, and permanent cookies (tracking cookies), which are also stored for a longer period of time. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
PIXEL TAGS
Our website may contain web beacons (also pixel tags). A web beacon is a mostly invisible electronic image (usually only 1 x 1 pixel). This image file is placed on a website or in an email to record a visitor’s access to this page or viewing an email.
RESMIO ONLINE RESERVATION
For online table reservations we use the resmio reservation plugin on our website. When making a reservation, you must provide personal information. Please make sure you agree to the provider’s privacy policy before You make the reservation online. You can find resmio’s data protection regulations here: https://www.resmio.com/datenschutzerklaerung.
WEB ANALYSIS
Our website uses functions from web analysis services. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract for data processing with the provider. Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
YOUR RIGHTS
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
